When eating a banana do you, peel all the skin off and hold the fruity part while eating or do you peel the skin half way down hold on to the outside skin while gradually eating and peeling banana as necessary so that you don't hold the fruity bit

Gradually peel banana skin down as I eat (i.e. don't hold the "fruity bit"). I don't like getting sticky banana all over my fingers and I can't eat the whole thing in one bite.
